Maintenance and daily maintenance of oil research plunger pump:
1. Water can corrode the oil pump, so it is prohibited to use a water pump for vacuum pumping for substances containing water. Please use a water pump for vacuum pumping before use.
2. For substances containing a large amount of solvent, please first remove most of the solvent in the oven before using an oil pump to vacuum.
3. Use the hydraulic oil pump in the correct order to prevent reverse suction.
After using the vacuum oven, be sure to do a good job of cleaning and wipe the glass windows of the vacuum oven clean.
5. Wipe off the surface rust preventive oil.
6. Remove the rust preventive oil from the inner cavity of the governor and the injection pump, and add the specified brand of lubricating oil.
7. The rust resistant oil in the fuel pipeline should also be removed before use. Connect the fuel to the fuel injection pump pipeline and continuously rotate the camshaft of the fuel injection pump until the outlet valve is tightly seated and clean fuel is sprayed.
8. Reasonable fuel selection.
9. Suitable labeled fuel must be used. Generally, use hydraulic oil No. 23 in summer and No. 46 or No. 68 in winter.
10. The fuel used must be clean and free from any impurities and moisture.
