DENISON PISTON PUMP STRUCTURE
Denison plunger pump main parts: camshaft, roller body, plunger and plunger sleeve, plunger spring, rotary sleeve and tooth ring, oil valve and seat and pressure pipe connection. Plunger sleeve and plunger is the main precision parts in the fuel injection pump, after careful processing, grinding each other, diameter gap is only 0.001~0.003mm, this part can not be exchanged alone, can only be exchanged in pairs.
● The plunger sleeve has two holes to make the plunger sleeve cavity communicated with the oil passage. The right oil hole is provided with a longitudinal groove, in which the screw inserted will make the plunger sleeve fixed in the pump body and not rotate.
● The upper part of the plunger has a ring groove, and the longitudinal groove is communicated with the upper end face of the plunger. The helical bevel starts from the longitudinal groove to adjust the oil supply.
● The lower part of the plunger has two shoulders and flanges, and the shoulders are inserted in the incision of the rotating sleeve. The rotary sleeve is freely installed on the plunger sleeve. The open gear is fastened to the rotating sleeve with screws and engages with the gear.
FUNCTIONAL FEATURES

OPERATIONAL PRINCIPLE
When the motor drives the drive shaft to rotate, the pump cylinder and the plunger rotate together, and the plunger head always maintains contact with the swash plate, because the swash plate is at an Angle with the cylinder, so when the cylinder is rotating, the plunger does reciprocating movement in the pump cylinder. It is turned from 0° to 180°, that is, to the position of the upper plunger, and the volume of the plunger cylinder is gradually, so the liquid is sucked into the cylinder through the oil suction port a of the oil distribution pan; When the plunger is turned from 180° to 360°, the volume of the plunger cylinder gradually decreases, so the liquid in the cylinder is discharged through the outlet of the oil distribution pan. As long as the drive shaft continues to rotate, the pump will continue to work.
