OPERATIONAL PRINCIPLE

The working principle of the axial variable piston pump is as follows:
When the electric motor drives the transmission shaft to rotate, the pump cylinder and plunger rotate together, the plug head remains connected to the swashplate, and the swashplate is at an angle to the cylinder body, but the swashplate does not rotate. When the cylinder rotates, the plunger will perform reciprocating motion in the pump cylinder due to the inclined surface of the swash plate. When the plunger rotates to the low point of the swash plate, the volume of the plunger cylinder gradually increases, so the liquid is sucked into the oil cylinder through the suction port of the oil distribution plate. However, when the plunger cylinder rotates to the high point of the swash plate, the volume of the plunger cylinder gradually decreases, and the liquid in the oil cylinder is discharged through the outlet of the oil distribution plate. As long as the transmission shaft continues to rotate, the liquid will be continuously sucked in and discharged.
